The space
Astelia Villa is a spacious 120 sq.m. residence, designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa has three luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each carefully designed to provide maximum comfort and flexibility. The bedrooms are furnished with COCO-MAT double beds (180 x 2.00m) that can be converted into twins, ensuring a restful sleep. One bedroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, another a standard bath and the third a walk-in shower, offering a variety of relaxation options.

The open-plan living room is the heart of the villa, ideal for socializing and relaxing. It includes a comfortable living room with plush sofas, a 55-inch cable TV and a dining area next to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, espresso maker, and more, making meal preparation a joy.
